Delia Sánchez del Ángel
Global Reparations Study Lead
Delia Sánchez del Ángel is responsible for leading our Global Reparations Study. As Global Reparations Study Lead, her role is to coordinate critical and survivor-centric research conducted in collaboration with local and international partners. As a qualified lawyer with a PhD in Human Rights from the University of Essex, Delia is passionate about researching of the rights of victims and survivors to justice, truth, reparation, and guarantees of non-recurrence. Before joining Global Survivors Fund, she worked at the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights as a Rómulo Gallegos Fellow, supporting the work of Thematic Rapporteurships.
